End-User License Agreement
Effective October 27, 2026
This agreement is between you and the publisher of Snapo ("we"). By installing or using Snapo you agree to it. If you don't agree, don't install Snapo, or uninstall it.
1. License
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the free version of Snapo on Windows PCs you own or control, for personal or business use. A Snapo Pro license key, when available, unlocks Pro features for one person on their own PCs.
2. What you may not do
- Sell, rent or redistribute Snapo, or bundle it with other software, without our written permission.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer Snapo, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
- Share, publish or generate Pro license keys, or bypass the license check.
- Use Snapo to capture or record anyone in a way that breaks the law, including privacy and recording-consent laws.
3. Your content
Your screenshots and recordings belong to you. They stay on your PC, and we have no access to them.
4. Updates
We may release new versions. Snapo doesn't update itself; you choose whether to install a new version.
5. Third-party software
Snapo includes open-source components, which are licensed under their own terms. Those notices ship with the app.
6. No warranty
Snapo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Snapo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Snapo, if any.
8. Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling Snapo. It ends automatically if you break it. How to uninstall Snapo.
9. Changes
We may update this agreement. The version on this page applies to new installs from its effective date.
